Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Packaging
Securely pack the items in their original derschutze packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip.
Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the quality of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
